AI and foreign language teaching -- taking K12 English online teaching

Inefficient online teaching harms students mentally and physically due to the longtime sitting in front of a communication device. So it is urgent to find a way to support the development of students’ interest in EFL learning. Making visual online teaching resources using artificial intelligence plays an important role in generating students’ learning motivation. TPACK thoughts to create a place for an Alternate Reality (AR) to complete online immersive situational teaching to stimulate embodied cognition and motivation.
Zhang Ziwei is currently studying as a graduate student at Ningbo University, Zhejiang province. She is also a professional English teacher at Wickham International School and has completed a six-month internship in Minnesota, USA.
